What happens after my trial ends?

After your 14-day free trial, you can choose to subscribe to a paid plan. If you don't subscribe, your account will be downgraded and backups will pause. Your existing backup data is retained for 30 days so you can reactivate anytime.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Prorated credits are applied automatically.

How is storage calculated?

Storage includes all your backup snapshots and attachments. Each backup stores a full copy of your Airtable data including record data, metadata, and optionally attachments. Older snapshots beyond your retention period are automatically cleaned up.

Do I need one license per team member?

No — Safe Backup uses per-organization pricing, not per-seat. Your plan includes a set number of team members (1 for Starter, 3 for Pro, unlimited for Enterprise). All team members share the same plan features and storage.
